Customer Sucess Executive – Oxford – Software/Technology – £35,000 base (£45,000 OTE)

Are you a recent graduate or junior salesperson? Have you ever wanted to work for one of the original Oxford Tech’s? Perhaps you have sales experience from a different sector such as recruitment and keen to move into tech.

We are working with a global software business, founded and headquartered in Oxford, who are in search of a communicative, understanding and articulate Customer Success Executive to join their commercial team.

You will be responsible for engaging with existing clients (no new business) helping onboard them, dealing with product queries, training, software queries and ultimately client renewals.

It will be your responsibility to ensure the success of your allocated accounts through professional, articulate and first-class customer service, utilising your performance and communication with clients to scope out upgrade possibilities, increases in users and fend off any desire to change service providers.
