Global Customer Success Manager  – Engineering – Bristol – £80 – £90,000 – Hybrid – plus excellent benefits

That same customer-first mindset is what we are seeking for a Permanent Global Customer Success Manager opportunity with a leading engineering organisation based in Bristol.

This is a senior, strategic role responsible for overseeing the global Customer Success function, ensuring customers derive maximum value from highly technical engineering products and services. As well as a strong customer-centric approach and excellent stakeholder management skills, we are looking for extensive experience managing Customer Success teams, alongside ownership of systems, processes, and performance at scale.

The role is permanent and offers a hybrid working model, with an expectation of regular presence in the Bristol office alongside flexibility for home working. You will play a critical role in supporting the company’s continued growth, acting as a key interface between customers, engineering, sales, and senior leadership.

We are looking for an experienced Customer Success leader who can build credibility quickly with both internal teams and global customers. You will bring stability, structure, and strategic direction to the Customer Success function, while continuously improving customer engagement, retention, and long-term value.

This is a senior management position with full responsibility for the Customer Success organisation, including team leadership, customer strategy, tooling, onboarding, renewals, escalation management, and continuous improvement of processes. Candidates should have experience managing sizeable Customer Success or Customer Service teams, ideally within engineering, manufacturing, technical, or complex B2B environments. Experience owning a function end-to-end is highly desirable, though candidates who have led large divisions within global organisations will also be considered.
