We’re working with a marketing leading print and distribution business, looking to hire an exceptional, customer focussed Key Account Manager.
Working with a close and tight-knit team, your role will be to manage key accounts, upsell additional services and source new business. You will develop strong relationships with key clients, fostering positive relationships and manage contract renewals ahead of time, to ensure retention and provide ongoing revenue. You will also generate a deep understanding of clients’ businesses, strategic goals and working methods.
You will help to understand customer requirements, talk them through a range or service-based solutions and help identify areas in which you can support their business. This role will suit someone who is comfortable on the phone, as happy in an account management role as much as they are in a new business role.
Ideally, candidates will have a print or fulfilment sales background and have at least 2 years sales experience. This is an office-based role, easily commutable by road in purpose-built offices. Working with leading organisation and charities, you will have good business acumen and enjoy working as part of a team.
Due to the location of the offices, this position will be suitable for those commuting from areas such as St. Ives, Ramsey, Huntingdon, Chatteris, Sutton, Ely, Peterborough, Warboys, March, Sawtry, or Littleport.
