Due to continued growth on the back of a hugely successful year, our client has opportunity for 3 x Business Development Executives to join their award-winning team based in Hertfordshire. They are market leaders within their industry, operating heavily within the technology space.
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing leads using all avenues available to you calling upon your minimum 2 years technology sales/software sales experience. Please note you will not be required to actually close any deals, this is a lead generation position.
This role (and the success that comes with it) will not suit a laid-back approach! This role WILL suit ambitious and tenacious professionals, experienced in creating client relationships across all channels with ease and that have the drive and tenacity to succeed.
Using all resources available to you, you will be comfortable sourcing new leads via LinkedIn, phone and email, maximising efforts on where your strengths lie. Though particular emphasis will be added to people with a strong LI profile, and proven online networking.
You must be a great communicator, with strong written skills that enjoys working in a fast paced, targeted sales environment within the software and cyber technology.
Candidates must have experience either within technology or software sales, this can be from a generic sales role or inside sales. If however, you are more skilled at messaging and emailing as opposed to working on the phone, this can be accommodated too though some telephone contact will be required.
This opportunity comes with an attractive base salary, minimum 3 days working from home and a generous bonus scheme and career opportunities. Based near Stevenage, our client has seen continuous and steady growth, planning to increase the headcount even further over the next few years.
Commutable locations for the position are Bedford, Luton, Milton Keynes, Stevenage, Cambridge, St Neots, Huntingdon, Hitchin, Letchworth, Royston, St Ives, Haverhill, Watford, Hemel Hempstead and Welwyn Garden City.
