We are hiring for a market leader in specialist business software, seeking a Sales Account Executive to grow their team and take their already successful brand to the next level. Candidates must come from software sales backgrounds (Ideally SAAS), used to hunting prospects, and converting new customers by giving demos and closing deals. Candidates will ideally have closed and billed subscriptions, though candidates with strong SAAS lead generation skills and some exposure to the accounting sector either via product or education may also be considered.
The Sales Account Executive role is a hybrid role based and can be based between home and their Leicestershire office, depending on the clients needs for the demo and whether they are happy to do it remotely or want you to attend their office, there could be a field element. In terms of the role itself warm leads through collected data and marketing responses/enquiries will be provided, but you will also have to take the initiative hunting down new cold leads as well.
As this is a SAAS product, candidates must be apt at solution selling methods and value-proposition techniques. On a day to day basis you will be contacting companies, scoping market opportunities, giving demos, closing subscriptions, growing accounts, managing your pipeline and adding strategic value into the sales team in terms of opportunities.
As outlined candidates must have experience either within software sales ideally within a SAAS environment and not just lead generation. You must be incredibly tech savvy able to use both CRM systems and giving virtual demos. For the right candidate it’s a fantastic opportunity at brand new offices, with commission on offer.
