As Office/Sales Administrator, you will enjoy a varied role which will focus on Sales administration. The ideal candidate will be very organised and confident, with an excellent telephone manner in order to be able to communicate with clients.
You will be responsible for managing and keeping up to date the Company Database as well as managing sales and e-mail campaigns.
Knowledge of how to update CMS or any e-commerce experience would be extremely advantageous, as well as a knowledge of SAGE and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Additional duties will include keeping track of stock, greeting customers and any office administration including holiday forms and goods/shipping documents.
This is an exciting role, working in a close-knit team in a stunning location – this role will suit a candidate willing to get stuck in and willing to learn new skills too.
Hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm, generous holiday allowance and pension competitive pension also provided.
