We’re working exclusively with a leading American software house with offices in Hertford & Norwich, seeking a Sales Manager to motivate, mentor and strategise the growth of their sales team and sales performance. This role can either be a management focused position with bonuses related to the team performance, or a hybrid role management and selling depending on the preference of the applicant and their network.
In terms of experience as the team is well established and have many years senior sales experience, the candidate coming in must have the sales gravitas to not only to mentor and develop them, but garner their respect. As a result we’re only considering applicants with a minimum of 5 years SAAS sales experience, and experience of managing team sizes of a minimum of 3. Additional required experience will be an understanding of marketing and Inside sales strategy at a software business.
The company pays very generous bonuses and commissions on leads and sales generated so should you take the hybrid role there would be fantastic opportunities to earn in excess of £100k per annum, whilst candidates interested in a management role only £70 – £80k is more feasible.
