Are you working in sales management in the recruitment advertising sector, and seeking a role offering you the chance to head up a new division with great future growth potential? Whilst existing management experience is desirable the door is not closed to candidates looking to take that step up, if you can demonstrate the right attitude and skillset. Well versed in the day-to-day operational aspects of recruitment systems and job board platforms, you will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of sales processes and so able to lead by example with new and existing staff. You will be able to recruit and onboard new members of the team, providing coaching and training as required. With a central London office, they take a very relaxed approach to flexible working.
